This section shows the current month’s phone usage, including consumption of your subscribed plans and any overages that will be billed at the end of the cycle.

How do minute plans work?
Your plan constitutes a minimum monthly commitment. The minutes included in your plan are not transferable from one month to another.How it works:
- If you consume less than your plan: you pay the plan amount and lose unused minutes
- If you consume more than your plan: you pay the plan + additional minutes according to the overage rate
- Subscribed plan: 1000 minutes included
- Usage: 800 minutes → You pay the full plan, 200 minutes are lost
- Usage: 1200 minutes → You pay the plan + 200 overage minutes
How are overage costs calculated?
How are overage costs calculated?
Overages are calculated based on usage time exceeding your monthly plan.
Each overage minute is billed according to the rates in effect in your contract.Overage calculation example:
- Subscribed plan: 1000 minutes included
- Usage: 1100 minutes and 30 seconds
- Overage: 100 minutes and 30 seconds
- Overage rate: €0.60/minute
- Total overage cost: €60.3 ex. VAT
When are invoices issued?

Invoices are automatically generated at the end of each month for the previous period.
Processing may take up to 10 days after the end of the month.
