Contact List

The main interface displays all contacted phone numbers, along with essential information for each entry:

Last CallDate and time of the last interaction
Number of CallsTotal communications made with this number
TagsOrganizational labels (not filled in by default)
ActionsQuick access buttons for details or to initiate a call

Interaction Details

By clicking on the expand arrow to the right of an entry, a detailed panel opens, presenting the complete history of communications with that contact.

Each entry in the history includes:

AgentIdentifier of the AI agent who handled the call
DatePrecise timestamp of the interaction
DurationTotal communication time
StatusCurrent state of the call (In Progress, Completed, etc.)
ClassifierClassification of the call (e.g., None)
TagsLabels associated with this specific interaction
ContextRelevant contextual information

Make a Call

To quickly contact an existing number, click on the phone icon in the Actions column. A modal window will appear to set up your call:

Productivity Features

Use the search bar located in the header to quickly filter your contact list. The search activates automatically after typing three characters.
For more precise searches, you can also filter by call status, date, or agent who managed the interaction.

Export Contacts

You have the option to export call data for contacts in .xlsx format by clicking the download button in the upper right corner of the table.
Data export is limited to 30,000 rows. Use filters to narrow down your request.
