Overview of RAG Databases
The Data section centralizes all your existing knowledge bases, providing unified management of your document repositories.
Creating and Importing a Database
To create a new knowledge base, click on the button. A creation window will appear:
Import Process
Download the template suitable for your format by clicking on one of the available links:

Drag and drop your completed file into the designated area.

Importing a new file will completely replace all existing documents in this database. Make sure to have a backup if necessary before proceeding.
Managing Question/Answer Pairs
After importing, the interface displays the complete list of question/answer pairs that make up your knowledge base:

Element Description Question Formulation of the user query Answer Content of the response (limited to 6,000 characters) Actions Edit buttons , delete , and expand
To manually add a new question/answer pair, click on the New Document button at the top of the list.
Exporting Knowledge Bases
To export an entire RAG database, use the export icon located to the right of the search bar.
