Call Forwarding (Potential Additional Costs)

We provide a dedicated phone number.

The client forwards their incoming calls to this number.

SIP Forwarding

The client must have the “SIP Trunk” feature activated on their account.

We provide the address of our SIP server as well as the SIP identifier of the targeted agent (Settings > SIP > SIP Trunk): (e.g., 1234567@volubile-5s8dh.sip-eu.vonage.com).

The client configures authentication on the SIP Trunk.

The client sets up their phone system to forward incoming calls to our SIP server.

Our voice agents manage the calls in real time through a secure SIP connection.
