Call Forwarding (Potential Additional Costs)

  • We provide a dedicated phone number.

  • The client forwards their incoming calls to this number.

  • Our voice agents handle the redirected calls.

SIP Forwarding

  • The client must have the “SIP Trunk” feature activated on their account.

  • We provide the address of our SIP server as well as the SIP identifier of the targeted agent (Settings > SIP > SIP Trunk): (e.g., 1234567@volubile-5s8dh.sip-eu.vonage.com).

  • The client configures authentication on the SIP Trunk.

  • The client sets up their phone system to forward incoming calls to our SIP server.

  • Our voice agents manage the calls in real time through a secure SIP connection.
