# Contacts

> The Contacts section allows you to view and manage all your phone interactions, grouped by phone number, providing a comprehensive view of your communication history.

## Contact List

The main interface displays all contacted phone numbers, along with essential information for each entry:

| Column              | Description                                            |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Number**          | Phone number of the contact                            |
| **Last Call**       | Date and time of the last interaction                  |
| **Number of Calls** | Total communications made with this number             |
| **Tags**            | Organizational labels (not filled in by default)       |
| **Actions**         | Quick access buttons for details or to initiate a call |

## Interaction Details

By clicking on the expand arrow <Icon icon="chevron-down" iconType="solid" /> to the right of an entry, a detailed panel opens, presenting the complete history of communications with that contact.

Each entry in the history includes:

| Field          | Description                                                  |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Agent**      | Identifier of the AI agent who handled the call              |
| **Date**       | Precise timestamp of the interaction                         |
| **Duration**   | Total communication time                                     |
| **Status**     | Current state of the call (`In Progress`, `Completed`, etc.) |
| **Classifier** | Classification of the call (e.g., `None`)                    |
| **Tags**       | Labels associated with this specific interaction             |
| **Context**    | Relevant contextual information                              |

## Make a Call

To quickly contact an existing number, click on the phone icon <Icon icon="phone" iconType="solid" /> in the Actions column. A modal window will appear to set up your call:

### Call Setup

| Parameter  | Description                                                 |
| ---------- | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Agent**  | AI agent who will manage the communication                  |
| **Number** | Automatically pre-filled with the selected contact's number |

## Productivity Features

### Advanced Search

Use the search bar located in the header to quickly filter your contact list. The search activates automatically after typing three characters.

  For more precise searches, you can also filter by call status, date, or agent who managed the interaction.

### Export Contacts

You have the option to export call data for contacts in `.xlsx` format by clicking the download button in the upper right corner of the table.

  Data export is limited to 30,000 rows. Use filters to narrow down your request.
